We're sorry your package arrived damaged! We do make sure that we pack each product carefully to endure rough handling, but there is still rare cases where some packages arrive damaged.
To ensure a quick process, please email us as soon as possible with pictures of the damage to email@example.com. We'd appreciate a picture of the damaged product, and a shot of the exterior of the package. Please let us know at this time whether you prefer a replacement or refund. Replacement will be sent only if inventory is in stock at time of your report.
